Absolutely! As part of a vast network of top-tier watch dealers, we have access to a wide range of luxury timepieces. If the watch you’re after isn’t currently in our collection, we can source it for you. Typically, we can fulfill orders within one week, and at most, within two weeks.

To sell your watch, simply complete our “Sell Your Watch” form. After we receive your submission, one of our team members will review the details and reach out to you with next steps.

At Relojtime, we prioritize customer satisfaction by offering a 48-hour inspection period upon delivery of your watch. During this time, you can inspect and try on your watch to ensure it meets your expectations.

Return Eligibility & Conditions:

  • You have 48 hours from delivery to inspect the watch.
  • To be eligible for a return, the watch must remain in its original, unworn condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your watch.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the watch must be insured for its full value during return shipping.

Final Sale Terms:

  • After the 48-hour inspection period, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after this period.
  • Any modifications, wear, or sizing adjustments made to the watch after delivery will render it ineligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. To start a return, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your watch.
  2. Upon approval, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the watch safely.
  3. Once the watch is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Additional Terms:

  • Custom orders, special requests, and watches sold as “final sale” cannot be returned.
  • Relojtime is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments. Please ensure your watch is properly insured when returning it.
  • Any return that doesn’t comply with our policy will be returned to you.

Yes, we do accept trades from most major watch brands. Simply fill out our “Sell & Trade” form, and we’ll evaluate your trade details and get back to you with an offer.

We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, and Affirm financing. Please note:

  • Credit card payments are subject to a 3.39% processing fee.
  • Cryptocurrency transactions incur an additional 3.5% fee.
  • Affirm financing carries an extra 6.5% fee.

Yes, we offer financing through Affirm with an additional 6.5% fee.

We source our watches exclusively from trusted and reputable suppliers. Watches taken in on trade from private sellers undergo thorough authentication before being listed. All of our timepieces come with a 100% authenticity guarantee. Each watch is subject to a detailed multi-point inspection to ensure its condition and legitimacy.
